At Naqsh, we take pride in offering handmade products, carefully crafted with precision and love. While we ensure quality in every piece, we also understand that mishaps can sometimes occur during transit due to courier handling.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Broken Orders
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
- Send us a direct message on Instagram (@naqshbyhunar) or contact us through our support.
- Share your order number.
- Attach clear pictures of the damaged item(s).
Once verified, we will promptly arrange a free replacement product for you.
Please note: Standard delivery charges of Rs. 250 will still apply.
Refunds
While we primarily offer replacements, refunds are also available under certain conditions. In case you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process 80% of the paid amount, ensuring that our raw material and production costs are covered.
Important Notes
- Claims must be made within 24/48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued only after reviewing the provided details and images.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept change of mind as a valid reason for returns or exchanges. Products will only be refunded or exchanged if :-
1) The product is faulty
2) The product is broken
3) The product is not the one you ordered

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
