Yes, at Naqsh we take pride in creating carefully handcrafted pieces with attention to detail.
Will the product look exactly like the picture?
Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur—making each piece unique.
Will customization affect delivery time?
Yes, customized products may take a little longer than standard timelines since they are crafted especially for you.
How long does delivery take?
Clothing: 8–12 working days (customized orders may take longer)
Other products: 5–8 working days (customized orders may take longer)
Do you charge for customization?
We don’t charge for customization in most of our products. However, for clothing and mugs, additional charges may apply (if needed).
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
DM us on Instagram @naqshbyhunar within 24 hours of delivery, share your order number, and send clear pictures of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement (delivery charges apply).
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Yes, we can refund 80% of the paid amount if you prefer, to cover raw material costs.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We do accept bulk/custom orders for events and corporate gifting. Contact us directly for details.
